Once the upgrade process is complete, click on the Firmware Upgrade link on the left to return to the Firmware Upgrade page. Do not start or use other applications while upgrading your device’s firmware, and do not hit Stop, Back, or Reload in your web browser during the upgrade process. The upgrade process will begin, and will take about 2-3 minutes to complete. After selecting the firmware file, click Upload to start the upgrade process. Click “Browse” and then select the firmware file you saved and unzipped on your computer in the previous steps. Go to MAINTENANCE > Firmware Upgrade to go to the Firmware Upgrade page. To do this run your device’s Setup Wizard and write down the IP Address for your device then write that IP Address into your web browser and login as admin with your password for it. Download the firmware to your PC and then unzip it if necessary. Do not perform this process through a remote connection to your device over the Internet. Also, make sure you use a computer connected to the same router as your device. Do not use a wireless connection when upgrading the firmware. Make sure your device is connected to your router with an Ethernet cable for the upgrade process.
